Dec. 10
In the mood for holiday music?
The St. Joseph-Ogden High School Band will perform their holiday concert, featuring the band, jazz band, choir, and guitar ensemble, on Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. The concert will be in the small gym at the high school and admission is free.

Dec. 13
Heritage will be hosting their winter program on Dec. 13.
Students in kindergarten thorugh fourth grade will present their winter program in the Heritage Elementary and Junior High Gym from 2 to 3 p.m.
Fifth grade students will perform from 7 to 8 p.m., with the Heritage Junior High and High School choral ensembles at Heritage High School.
On Dec. 14 from 7 to 8 p.m., the Heritage High School and Junior High bands will perform at Heritage High School.

Dec. 14
Celebrate the holidays at the Salt Fork Center in the Homer Lake Forest Preserve from 2-4 p.m. Stations will be set up for children to make and take home presents and decorations for their families and friends. They will also create treats to hang from trees as a gift to the wildlife. The program is for all ages.

Santa will arrive in St. Joseph at the St. Joseph-Stanton Fire Department on Dec. 14 at 10 a.m. Santa will be available for pictures until noon.
The event will also include cookie decorating, reindeer food-making, and coloring. The event will also include a Secret Santa shop to support the St. Joseph United Methodist Church Feed the Need Program.

The St. Joseph Women’s Community Club’s Angel Tree is at the St. Joseph Apothecary. The tree is decorated with ornaments listing various items to be purchased for several families within the St. Joseph community. 
 Residents are encouraged to take an ornament and purchase the item listed with a gift receipt, then place the unwrapped gift under the tree by Dec. 14. Members of the St. Joseph Church of Christ and the St. Joseph Women’s Club will then wrap the gifts. The Women’s Club will also provide a holiday meal to the families. 
 

Dec. 21
The Homer Lighted Christmas Parade will take place on Dec. 21 at 6 p.m. on Main Street.

The St. Joseph Santa 5K will take place on Dec. 21.
The race starts at 9 a.m.
