Davis, Rapp and Wagner expected to win re-election to St. Joseph Village Board

The Republicans apparently swept the St. Joseph Village Board elections.


Incumbent Dan Davis received the most votes with 216.


Incumbent Jim Wagner received 201 votes.


Incumbent Art Rapp received 195 votes.


Democrats appeared on the ballot for the first time in 30 years.


Kelly Miller Skinner received 117 votes and Alexis West-Henkelman received 96.

More than 8,100 filled-out ballots are yet to arrive in the mail countywide, meaning results could not be final for days.

William Hechler, Richard Ingram and Kathy Munday were elected to the St. Joseph Township Library Board for four years.

Dawn Huls was elected to a two-year term.

Jen Wagner, Lois Hewerdine and Jeff Damler were elected to the St. Joseph Community Grade School Board.

Les Hoveln, Kathy McCormick, Kevin Taylor and Matt Crider were elected to the St. Joseph-Ogden High School Board.

AROUND THE AREA
James White was elected mayor of Homer. White ran unopposed and received 83 votes.


Roger Faulkner, Michael Johnson, John Dodd were elected to the village board for a four-year term.
Chantelle Thompson was elected for a six-year term to the Homer Community Library Board.

Joey Rice was elected to the Homer Community Library Board for a four-year term. Troy Schiff was elected to the board for a two-year term.

Thomas Wakefield was elected to the Homer Fire Protection District Board for six years. Shannon Patterson was elected to a four-year term.


Kimberly Keniley-Ashbrook and Zachary Wells were elected to the Heritage School Board for a four-year term.


Betty Denman was elected mayor of Longview and Melinda Skinner and Shawn Clark were elected to the Longview Village Board for a four-year term.

Lori Gates was elected for a two-year term.


James Acklin, Sue Esposito and Ben Smith were elected to the Ogden Village Board.


Pam Guess, Becky Sweeney and Victoria Hill were elected to the Ogden Rose Library Board.


Evan Huls was elected to the Prairieview-Ogden School Board for a two-year term.


Chad Pruitt, Kyler Gorman, Chad Goldenstein and Kyle Rademacher were elected for four-year terms.


Todd Robert was elected Village President of Royal.

Maury Busboy, Craig Loschen and Rodney Moorhous were elected to the Royal Village Board.

James Ayers, Carolyn Ragsdale and Dana Trimble were elected to the Parkland Board of Trustees from the 505 district.
